upon small things in you maybe start new habits or cook, do gardening, etc.
Doing something joyful takes us back to our inner child.

of your own and operating fully with your senses.

your space to talk about the things you do not mean to tell anyone, which is
without any judgments. It is like sitting down and asking your inner child how
